Address Verification Docs Checks
This section describes checks for the different documents types
Hard Check - the document will be rejected
Soft Check - the document will be accepted with issues and the system will request clarification from the user
Utility Bills

| 2 | Soft | the uploaded document is not a Utility bill |
| 3 | Soft | the company name (<company name>) is not <client> |
| 4 | Soft | the company name is missing in the uploaded document |
| 5 | Soft | the date is missing in the uploaded document |
| 6 | Soft | the date of the document (<date>) is older than 3 months |
Banking Statement

Lease Agreement

| 5 | Soft | the tenant's name is missing in the uploaded contract |
| 6 | Soft | the description of rental facilities is missing in the uploaded contract |
